SWEDEN OPEN WORK PERMIT

Sweden has recently introduced an open work permit or Job Seeker visa, allowing  highly qualified people to search for a job of their choice while in Sweden. The visa is  valid for 3 -9 months, 

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Job Seeker visa or the Open Work permit, you must fulfill the  following conditions:

  • You must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or another advanced degree.
  • You must be able to support yourself during your time in the country
  • You must be willing to look for jobs or start your own business in  Sweden
  • You must have comprehensive health insurance.
  • You must have a valid International passport of Validity
  • You must be living outside Sweden.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Evaluation: To be able to assist you through the process, we  would conduct an online or an offline evaluation to understand  your situations, profiles, work experience, skills, qualifications,  employment choice, and financial situation. 
  2. Personal Details: If applicable, you would provide us with a  detailed resume/CV, your international passport Page, university  certificates, and a letter of employment from your previous or  current employer. UPON successful Evaluation report. 
  3. Payment: We will share our payment invoice which includes the  application fee, administrative charges for both visa application  processing, Work/travel plans, international SOPS, Evaluation,  Online visa application Form Filling, and other applicable  processes.
  4. Documentation Process: Following confirmation of the 50%  payment service fee, we will begin a 20-working-day professional  documentation process to create a win-win visa application  documentation & profiling. 

    During this process, we will put together your details to present a  suitable and interesting background for a win-win approval. 
  5. Sweden Visa appointment booking & biometrics: After we have  completed the documentation and the online application forms,  we would await Swedish Migration to send their decision with a  confirmation of appointment for biometrics. If successful, the  Sweden Migration office would prepare a temporary resident card  to travel to Sweden.
  6.  Embassy waiting time & Decision : The Embassy may decide to complete the visa decision within 2- 6months time, depending on their workload, but we cannot give  an accurate date as to when the decision can be made, regarding  your application.
