If you are 16 or over and want to study a course at higher education level in the UK lasting longer than six months, it is most likely that you will need to apply for a student visa. Step-by-Step Process

  1. We would ask you to give us 3 university options suitable for your budget or programs. If you have any in mind, and if we have such institutions in our partnership list. Or we would forward you 3 university options offering your program and their fees
  2. Make Payment: We will share an invoice with you stating the amount to be paid to the Career Mod Portal, and upon confirmation of payment, we would move over to the next step of the process, within 24-48hours.
  3. We would share all the universities or the High Schools, and their associated Fees, including Tuition fees, to make sure you are not stranded or run out of budget.
  4. We would apply to your chosen university (or universities) and receive an unconditional offer on your behalf.
  5. Once you have received your unconditional offer, and you have accepted it, your university will give you a document called a Certificate of Acceptance of Studies (or CAS), which we would share with you upon receipt of such offers from your chosen Universities and programs.
  6. Once you have paid your Tuition deposit and received your CAS, we can begin the visa application process. On your behalf, and upon receipt of all required documents. Your visa can be applied up to six months before your course starts. To be able to apply, prospective student will need to have a current international passport, alongside other applicable documents.
  7. As part of your application, you will need to pay a fee called an Immigration Health Surcharge. This gives you access to the UK’s National Health Service. Students receive a 25 per cent discount on the usual cost, so the rate for student visa holders is £470 per year. And TB Test Fee and appointment most be completed before your student visa application process can be fully completed.
  8. As part of your student visa application, you may need to prove your knowledge of the English language, if applicable. Different universities have different requirements, but we would determine that during the admission process, to make sure we check what form of English language evidence you will need with your university and we can apply for English language proficiency waivers, where applicable.
  9. You will need to complete your application and have it accepted before you arrive in the UK. Career Mod Portal, will provide you with advice about your visa application, and so you don’t have to be afraid to reach out for further information and support.
